Andy has extensive experience running large call centre operations and 13 years of experience working for UK/US blue chip companies. Andy came to South Africa to work in a senior capacity for a large outsourcer and subsequently established a start-up outsource call centre operation which grew to 300 seats within 12 months.

Andy has lead large outsourced operations on behalf of Bank of America, Vodafone, Barclays and Phones4U in the UK and has extensive experience in both outbound and inbound sales and service. Andy has a strong background in telecommunications, regulated sales, debt collection, financial products, utilities and lead generation.

Andy has a very strong operational background and a huge amount of experience partnering major clients. He has a proven track record for delivering outstanding performance in both established and new businesses and focuses strongly on developing and building great teams to deliver consistent and sustainable results.
