I have learnt a lot from the time I have joined Coracall and this has enabled me to climb up the ladder from being a Team Manager to a Junior Campaign Manager. I have also learnt a lot from higher management especially my Campaign Manager and Head of Training who has helped me through my journey here. The main areas that I think Coracall has assisted me with, is my ability to communicate, motivate and to become more business minded at a higher level. My plans for the future are to continue developing and progressing.

My next goal is to become a campaign manager. I think you should always be goal and focused driven with a positive mindset and know what you want and persevere until it is achieved. Once a goal is reached you can set higher standards for yourself.

I have been working in the call centre industry for many years as an agent, however Coracall has stood out in terms of the culture, the people, management team, transparency and the atmosphere created at work on a daily basis. My work has been recognised and acknowledged with the great work ethics I possess by my colleagues and I have been nominated as a 2IC. I am currently in a 2IC development programme to be one of the next best leaders in the business. Furthermore I have been guided and motivated throughout the entire process by management and the people I work with inspiring me to do the best that I can. In the future I intend on becoming the next Leader within the business, sharing the skills and knowledge I possess to help agents within the team and across the company to improve and excel in their goals and daily required targets.

The best advice I can give would be the best you can be. Dedication and hard work really pays off in the end. If you strive for success you will get nothing but the best. “A friend once told me that you have not done a good job if you have not learnt something new”. Every day is a learning experience.
